Two years after a tragic accident the Hayes family is on their way to their new home in Norlen. They are at the house from a lost family member and went into the house to clean and get ready to move into the house. Then Emily finds her great grandfather Silas Charnon’s library. Emily opened the book and saw a page ,Emily thought it was interesting and Navin and her mother came in and thought the room looked cool too. So they went out to the other room and went to bed. It got dark so they got one candle and lit it. They had some take out food and went to sleep. That night the amulet started to talk and said in a snaky mystical voice “Emily listen, your family is in danger, keep them safe”. Then they heard a noise. Then it happened again Mom went down to the basement to see what it was then Emily and Navin heard their mom scream then nothing was left except her flashlight.
